Dr McDiarmid is the best. I had a great initial visit with him. Spectacular doctor.
I hope the office can take a closer look at how appointment times are managed. It feels unfair that patients are turned away for being just a few minutes late, while it’s common to wait 30–45 minutes to be seen. Patients respect your time and schedules — we’d just like the same courtesy shown in return.
I'm extremely grateful to Dr. Khan and the entire team at AH&V. They all speak in a way that's easy to understand and deliver outstanding customer service.
Upon scheduling, the receptionist promised that all necessary scans would be completed that day. Not true. Had one simple test done by the medical assistant and sat in the room for nearly an hour before being seen by Dr. Khan. He did not listen, was rude, condescending, and rushed. After visit summary noted that I had a “malignant neoplasm of the breast.” No mammogram from any facility notes that. Someone needs to check their work. Will not be returning.
Follow up: I got a call from the new front desk manager- who apologized and stated that the practice is working to improve both the portal and the phone system.
