By far, the most disorganized practice in existence. Unprofessional and lack any sense of communication or follow through. There is no way to get in touch with your provider other than the front desk and that is an adventure in itself. Do your health a favor and look elsewhere for help
They don't respond to call and transfer you to the receptionist (Kristal) and don't call back to reschedule appointments and (Miranda) does not let you explain your situation and transfers you again to the same person that doesn't answer! Very poor costumer service!
I was not a patient here, I was here for a job interview yesterday. I was excited when I got a call for an open Medical Assitant position, since I’ve always wanted to work in Cardiology. I called back to set-up a time, I was told that the interview will be in Thornton and not Denver. I live pretty far from there, so I specifically asked, will I be working in Thornton if I get the job? She said no, we just do all our interviews in Thornton but you’ll be working in Denver. Dr. Rajesh Sharma took excellent care of my sister while she was a patient at HCA Presbyterian St. Luke's Hospital on Christmas Eve for her heart problems. She has stage 4 cancer and is keeping him on her care team because of his excellence!
Our surgeon was great his staff is very poor. Tell you something and they don't follow through. We have had to do everything for ourselves to get them done including MRI and medication refill.
