I used to love my care here. Now I will never return. Patients are demeaned for depression. Doctor visit notes are fabricated. Doctors don't show up for their appointments. Life-saving medications haven't been filled for months, no matter how often they're asked.
I have been very lucky to have had Dr Ryan as my Cardiologist for the past 7 years. I have seen her as often as every 3 months during that period as well as had to have several procedures with her during that time frame. I think she is great! She seems to be very skilled and compassionate about her profession. She has worked well with all of the other physicians I have dealt with as well. My wife checked in for a 9am appointment at 8:40. We waiting in an empty lobby until 9:55 and never saw the doctor. This is unacceptable! 0 stars.
My grandmother had a procedure done not long ago, after her procedure we went back to see her as we got to her her AFib was dangerously high like 175 high!! They've know about this for a while now but yet they're not doing a thing about it!! They've been dragging their feet on getting a referral sent off to another Dr that can help her with the AFib, IT'S BEEN A WEEK AND THE OTHER DR SAID THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED ONE!!!!
