They had trouble hearing me, would be the title of my review. I had a pretty uncomfortable first session there, leaving me with ear/jaw pain for a week. I was supposed to come back after a week so I made the appointment, and I showed up the next week, only to find their door closed and no one present. I called and was informed that "I never confirmed my appointment". Which is odd as I simply booked it in with them when I was there! Anyway, there was hardly any follow up, no apologies nothing. Outstanding, friendly practioner with years of experience. Well worth having an appointment.
It was very easy to work with Advanced Hearing; they listened to what I was looking for and found the hearing aids that fit my requirements. They are very nice people and easy to work with. When I had a minor issue they were very patient with me and sorted it. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for hearing aids.
