Very friendly, professional staff, felt welcomed from the beginning. The hearing test was completed in a very organized manner and explanations of results were shared in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated the discussion of next steps, sizes and pricing of hearing aids, and now I have some thinking to do re the use of hearing aids in my future.
Convenient, prompt & pleasant. Parking can be a challenge in the Uxbridge location but staff are very accommodating.
Called to inquire about an infant hearing test, Hannah informed me they don’t do infants but was so kind to take my name and number and call the other locations. Her customer service is top notch and needed to be recognized. Thank you for taking the time to help!!
