At first they were ok. My mom has a hearing aid getting fixed, no calls from them and the one on Thimble shoals will not answer the phone.
I went in for a free hearing test, and the gentleman who did the testing was very kind, professional, and helpful. He said that, once my insurance gives them an estimate as to how much they will pay, he'll get back to me with what my share of the cost will be.
My visit was wonderful. The technologists was very helpful. He was patient when explaining how to take care and use the hearing aids.
