So thankful for Mr Swanson. He has helped me get the proper care I needed and new Phonak hearing aids. He is very patient and understanding while having to go through special authorization efforts. He recently supplied me with an additional hearing apparatus that I can wear in loud public locations . I appreciate his prompt return calls and explanations about everything. Stopped here when my charger for my hearing aids went dead. The folks here went out of their way to help me. I am from Las Vegas, Nevada and on a two month trip so I needed a new one. They didn't have my brand but found one that would work with my Hearing aid. They also clear my hearing aids. If I lived in the I would diffently be using their services.
I have auditory processing disorder which many audiologists know little about. Dr. Roelofs had heard of it but did not have a lot experience with it. Not only did he listen carefully to my challenges, at an upcoming conference he made a point to take time to seek out experts and ask them for advice specific to APD. My previous audiologist recommended Tier 2 Oticon hearing aids for more than the cost of my new Teir 1 Phonak hearing aids. The new noise canceling technology in the Phonak's are incredible. I dropped in to get a little information. Richard happened to be in the outer office and took time to listen to my situation (my audiology practice sold and my doc was gone) and explain what he would like to do for me. I’m two appointments into their process and haven’t been this pleased in the three years since I got hearing aids. These people are great!
Excellent knowledgeable staff, very caring and kind, I can now hear everything clearly! I highly recommend seeing them if you are having any hearing issues.
