I have auditory processing disorder which many audiologists know little about. Dr. Roelofs had heard of it but did not have a lot experience with it. Not only did he listen carefully to my challenges, at an upcoming conference he made a point to take time to seek out experts and ask them for advice specific to APD. I dropped in to get a little information. Richard happened to be in the outer office and took time to listen to my situation (my audiology practice sold and my doc was gone) and explain what he would like to do for me. I’m two appointments into their process and haven’t been this pleased in the three years since I got hearing aids. These people are great!
Excellent knowledgeable staff, very caring and kind, I can now hear everything clearly! I highly recommend seeing them if you are having any hearing issues.
When you purchase from Advaced Hearing this is what you get!! 1. No more closed caption on the Tv. 2. No more walking into a restaurant and instantly look for the quietest place to sit. 3.
