I visited Advanced Hearing for a hearing test, a new experience for me. Kim, the receptionist, was exceptionally friendly and guided me through the registration process. There was virtually no wait, and the technician promptly attended to me. The environment was comfortable, with clear instructions provided both before and during the test, as well as a thorough explanation of my results afterward. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Fantastic caring staff. From the receptionist Kim to Aili who worked so hard with me, and of course Brooke who did my hearing test, and also assisted Aili in flushing my ear. Doctors could take a page from their book on explaining procedures, what to expect, and taking time to listen. These guys were just great. I will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen. Can't say enough good about them. They detected what two Doctors and a Specialist could not.
This clinic does not update their patients records. We have received SEVERAL letters from this clinic, addressed to someone who has never lived at our property, nor our neighbours' properties. I'm not sure how they were able to get our address, but my family and I have called the clinic at least 5 times combined, over the last year and a half, to remove our mailing address from their system. Had a bad experience here. They booked three people for the the same time slot throughout the day. There were number of unhappy people.
