Thanks to Sue (Pickering office) and staff (Ajax office), they found 4 rechargeable batters for my hearing aids; which have been on backorder for a considerable time! 🤗

Brooke did an amazing job explaining, testing and fitting me with my first set of hearing aids. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get tested/fitted for hearing aids.

I visited Advanced Hearing for a hearing test, a new experience for me. Kim, the receptionist, was exceptionally friendly and guided me through the registration process. There was virtually no wait, and the technician promptly attended to me. The environment was comfortable, with clear instructions provided both before and during the test, as well as a thorough explanation of my results afterward. Overall, it was a positive experience.
