Thanks to Sue (Pickering office) and staff (Ajax office), they found 4 rechargeable batters for my hearing aids; which have been on backorder for a considerable time! 🤗
I found this place through Google search and I'm so happy I did. The staff was delightful and very helpful. Brooke did an amazing job explaining, testing and fitting me with my first set of hearing aids. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get tested/fitted for hearing aids.
I visited Advanced Hearing for a hearing test, a new experience for me. Kim, the receptionist, was exceptionally friendly and guided me through the registration process. There was virtually no wait, and the technician promptly attended to me. The environment was comfortable, with clear instructions provided both before and during the test, as well as a thorough explanation of my results afterward. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Fantastic caring staff. From the receptionist Kim to Aili who worked so hard with me, and of course Brooke who did my hearing test, and also assisted Aili in flushing my ear. Doctors could take a page from their book on explaining procedures, what to expect, and taking time to listen. These guys were just great. I will be singing their praises to anyone who will listen. Can't say enough good about them. They detected what two Doctors and a Specialist could not.
