I have been connected with this clinic for a few years now. I always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, I had an awful experience during my last hearing test. The testing "box" in the back room is awful. The things stuck in my ears caused pain and my ears hurt for the remainder of the day. I would recommend asking patients if they have physical disabilities or are claustrophobic prior to their appointment. We had an excellent experience here, highly recommended.
I visited the clinic today and, unfortunately, I experienced very unprofessional behavior from the receptionist. They’re was rude in her communication, which made my visit uncomfortable. Receptionists are the first point of contact for patients, and I believe it is very important for them to be professional, respectful, and welcoming. As clients, we expect good customer service, especially when coming in for medical care. I hope this matter will be addressed to ensure a better experience for patients on their next visits.
Thanks to Sue (Pickering office) and staff (Ajax office), they found 4 rechargeable batters for my hearing aids; which have been on backorder for a considerable time! 🤗
