All of the staff were very polite and friendly . Pam and Rick took time to explain what we hoped to accomplish during my office visit. I appreciated their thoughtfulness in trying to work with me to achieve the best of hearing equipment to suit my needs. Rick was very understanding of our needs. Thank you for caring.
