I was having anxiety over any potential permanent hearing loss due to being on my 2nd round of antibiotics prescribed by my Primary and still having ear issues. Both the staff and A. Fitzsimmons, Au.D., F-AAA were empathetic to my concerns and took steps to work me into their schedule.
