Thank you Dr.Amanda for all you did for me.
We were impressed by the thoroughness of Jerry's assessment with the Audiologist. She checked his ears, cleaning them up a bit, then examined his heading aids, noting that one hearing aid had a broken wire (which she fixed) and that both seemed to manage feedback better with different sized pillow (the end of the device that fits in the ear) so it held in the sound better.
Staff is very nice
I'm writing on behalf of my husband. He's been going to Advanced Hearing Group for about three years and he's very pleased with the care & service he's received from Dr Kelly Lewis. She and her staff are very welcoming and professional. He always enjoys the service and feels better after being there. Thank you!
