Dr. Kristin Krotz is very knowledgeable and will go to bar for you when needed. She provides very professional service, and you feel just like family. Her colleague was most helpful the one time I saw him, as well. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful answering questions and scheduling appointments.
I have now been with Advanced Hearing Group and Dr. Krotz for over 5 years. After seeing several hearing doctors over several years, Kristin was the very FIRST to diagnose my problems and provide me education and explanations that made sense to me. Her customer service and doctor bedside manner are exceptional, in addition to being a great communicator. Been going to Dr Krotz for two years, she is the best that is around. I travel up from Bethany Beach for my appointments. On my last visit she took the time to answer all my questions and demonstrated how my hearing aids work. I recommend anyone that feel they have a hearing problem to see her. You want be disappointed.
