My mother Ms Swinarski had a terrible time with her previous provider. Now she is thrilled with Dr Michaud and the treatment provided to her. As a son, it is comforting knowing my mother gets the very best of care

Dr, Emma Michaud is extremely thorough and professional. She takes the time to explain your testing procedures as well as the tests results. All staff are extremely , knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. It’s so refreshing to have a wonderful experience with an excellent medical team. Also, no hassle or unexpected fees , they have a flat fee which is extremely reasonable and affordable regardless of the hearing tests. Less than any insurance deductible. My mother got hearing aids here recently and had a particularly difficult time getting them in her ears. Everyone here, but especially Emma, we're extraordinarily patient with my mother. They gave her a long tutorial and instruction session, then brought her in for a second one. Eventually my mother got to the point where she can put them in her ears herself and is absolutely thrilled with them! Cannot recommend them enough.
