The Doctor really listen to me when I was telling her what was wrong with me compare to any other doctors. She explained to me what was going on with my ear. So if anyone wants to go please do I went to the one in Chelsea!
I do not normally medical professionals, I think it lacks dignity, it's something for restaurants. However I was very pleased with my visit and the problem I came in with was resolved.
Dr. Hoffman and staff have been wonderful. They helped me find a hearing aid that worked well and they have been great at helping me whenever I had questions or needed help with taking care of the hearing aid. Couldn't ask for better! 2025 update: I had some questions about pairing my hearing aid with a new phone and they were so fast and helpful. I got a callback from the team within minutes of requesting help. As usual this group provides exceptional care.

I have seen two different Specialists here since the first one retired and the service has been outstanding. They listened and adapted to what I needed and I'm very pleased with every interaction that I've had there.
