I have been helped so much by the talented Cox family of audiologists. They have explained about my hearing loss and the best way to solve my hearing problem. Because I have no hearing in my right ear, I was upgraded to a CROS aide that picks up sounds and sends them to my left ear. I can now hear sounds all around me. It's a much more complete hearing experience. The sounds are clear and words are easy to understand. It is truly delightful to be able to hear again.
I went there today with my 12 year-old son who has been born with a hearing loss for an evaluation. This was by far the best audiology visit we ever had. Dr. Cox is incredibly knowledgeable, took time to answer all of my son's question and gave very valuable advice. I was especially impressed about how much effort Dr. Cox put in helping optimize the programing of the hearing aids so my son can hear better. Thank you very much!
Called the office this morning as I am from out of town to get domes for my hearing aids. Needed no appointment, nor had I seen one of their doctors. When I got to the front desk, not only were the domes waiting for me, they did not charge me. Thank you for going out if your way to help.
I guess you could consider this a promotion for a company that I have benefited from and admired since 2001. With a definite hearing problem I was tested and fitted with hearing aids. As years have gone by and I've needed updated technology, Advanced Hearing was right there with an answer and a much improved version of hearing aids which improved my live immensely. Everybody is so nice here, this place is the one to go for help to pick the right kind of hearing aides.
I had been to several places looking for hearing aids and choose Advanced Hearing over the other companies because of their knowledge and very friendly environment.
