I have had 2 sets of hearing aids from this business and am very glad to have had them. My issues are with the billing, charges for $$$ with no proper receipt. I finally got the receipts that I asked for, 2 years late, and the office staff was belligerent about it "well you got them, didn't you?" Latest issue is that one of the wires had come loose. I asked how much for repair and was told $95 for office visit and 25 for the repair since still within 3 year warranty. Elected to have wire on other device replaced at same time... read more

I have had $5000 worth of hearing aids for nine months; they have never tested my hearing with my aids; I didn't know I needed them before and now I don't know if they work!
