I visited Advanced Hearing Care for a test. I spent a half hour doing the test. A technologist in training performed the assessment and then told me that if I wanted all the results I would have to return for what obviously was going to be a sales pitch. Then they told me that they would send the evaluation report to my referring provider, not to me. My protest prompted the expert to come into the office.
