The HearingLife staff in Rockingham, NC was respectful and professional during my examination and purchasing process. The audiologist was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a professional manner.
I was able to get my hearing checked with no issues.
I had been having issues with my hearing aids with feedback and whistling. This has been going on for about 2 months. I went by the Rockingham office just to make an appointment for this issue. Jasmine was able to work me in between appointments. I explained the problem to her and in 10 minutes I was walking out with what sounded like a new set of hearing aids!! Jasmine is very efficient and was very knowledgeable with the Oticon line! I highly recommend Hearing Life of Rockingham to everyone reading this!!!
