I was extremely pleased with Nicole and the process at AudioNova. I am glad I received a second opinion here for my tinnitus prior to getting an MRI. She had a wonderful demeanor and was very transparent and personable. She wasn't trying to sell me anything and explained the next steps very thoroughly.
