Dropped off my Starkey hearing aids at the front desk to get rechargeable batteries replaced under warranty. Initially no cost but called back to the office 2 hours later to pay $70 fee since I hadn't bought the hearing aids at this office. Approximately 10 days later, I was called back in to pick up the completed warranty work replacing the hearing aid batteries.
