Sam is great. He knew my hearing had gotten worse since I purchased my first hearing aid from another provider 5 years ago but I had no idea how bad they were until I tried on the new set of hearing aid Sam suggested. Now I can even hear my little dog when he is whining . Before I could t. Thanks to Sam I can hear again.
