When we needed a new ear tube really fast, the audiologist kept the office open late for us just so we could rush over and pick it up. We really appreciated it.
I have had nothing but problems with the hearing aids purchased at this place. 2 repairs in less than year, and 5 months after the last repair - guess what? I need another (Which is being performed elsewhere). When I was in to find out what was going on with this newest hearing aid problem...well, both Karen and Barb (receptionist) were rude to me.
