Thank you very much with fitting my hearing aids. I traveled from out of the area with poorly fitted Starkey hearing aids. This office not only provided me a better fit, I was also provided with alternate cushions to experiment with and aim for both an optimal fit and optimal hearing
They helped my 92 year old mother hear for the first time in years, she was overjoyed, Luis and staff are caring people who go above and beyond
The staff and providers are always excellent and caring. I've never had a bad experience with them and do recommend them. I would say though that if they could reduce turnover and keep employees and staff longer that would make them even better. Employee retention is key to a successful business.
Highly recommend this company. Awesome service, these guys are really professionals. They fixed my son’s hearing aids for free while other places refuse to do it because it is “too old”.
We just moved to the area and the audiologist here was over and above any other care I've ever received. I don't think it was a one time fluke either. Not only did he check and clean my ears of wax, He cleaned my hearing aid Without charge. Strangely, he seems to be more interested in taking care of people then making money.
