During my appointment, Charity Knoblock listened carefully to my concerns, checked my ears, completed a full hearing test, and clearly explained the results and next steps. Her attention to detail and support gave me a clear plan moving forward. I highly recommend Advanced Hearing Care for quality, patient-focused care.
Thank you very much with fitting my hearing aids. I traveled from out of the area with poorly fitted Starkey hearing aids. This office not only provided me a better fit, I was also provided with alternate cushions to experiment with and aim for both an optimal fit and optimal hearing
They helped my 92 year old mother hear for the first time in years, she was overjoyed, Luis and staff are caring people who go above and beyond
The staff and providers are always excellent and caring. I've never had a bad experience with them and do recommend them. I would say though that if they could reduce turnover and keep employees and staff longer that would make them even better. Employee retention is key to a successful business.
