I just had my first hearing test ever, and it was such a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, Dr Brooke was very knowledgeable, thorough, and funny! I would definitely come back if I ever need another hearing test, 10/10 would recommend!!
Horrible customer service! The audiologist makes up their mind of doing a hearing test 2 minutes before appointment time and started being rude when we said they should have let us known ahead of time because we had to pay for that test. They don’t let their clients go in the clinic if clients are late for appointments. Never going back to this location for sure, both reception and audiologists are super rude!
I bring my father here and they always go the extra mile to make my father feel comfortable. Very friendly staff and great service! Would highly recommend Advanced Hearing to anyone who needs hearing aids.
Reception was nice and understanding. Kind of a scam if you don't know your OHIP coverages. I did wax removal that was causing hearing loss at my doctor's hearing clinic. I would recommend a more professional location.
