Assistant Wendy at Advanced Hearing Aids scheduled me effortlessly, and the appointment went very smoothly. I completed a long overdue hearing test. Kyle was thorough and easy to understand in explaining how my hearing had changed within the last 15 years but not enough that I needed hearing aids (yet). He kept my test for future reference. I had also requested some professional ear plugs for the great, but loud, concerts I attend! After years of suffering from hearing loss and Tinnitus my wife scheduled me to go see Kyle. He gets an A for teaching me what was happening with both concerns. I test drove some hearing aids and was surprised by the results in hearing the world around me better. Not just louder for me but clearer.
