i was involved in a car accident and went to them for treatment . i decided to stop treatment because it was not helping . my atty’s and i are ready to settle my case and get it over with however we have not been given my medical records or bills to submit the demand . it has been nearly 6 months . i’ve called , my atty has called numerous times , still no records

Horrible!!! Started out ok, but with me living out of town I would try to make my appointments when in the area. Have had cancelled appointments because the practitioner was out of work ALOT! Then was given an appointment on a holiday, and I actually had to call to be told they were closed that day. No reminders, nothing. Red flags as told by my pharmacist, because she would mix medications that weren’t supposed to be mixed. Wrong medications called in, and was told by her that….”I had to take it “. I would give them 5 stars instead of the 4 but the receptionist at the front desk constantly has an attitude that’s very poor & unprofessional!!!! But besides that the nurses & doctors are very nice & gracious.

Very professional staff, friendly, & love the atmosphere! The timing to be seen is very reasonable. I love this office and I’m glad I was referred. I leave with almost immediate pain relief and any problems I have they address them, this is an all around great practice I’d highly recommend.

I love the fact that I am treated as a person by caring concerned informed staff vs being treated as a number and revenue stream like so many others do.
