Have had my CPAP then APAP through Advanced health since 2013. I have had absolutely no problem with supplies, orders or anything. When the Phillips machines were on recall I received my new machine in days. I have had maybe 2 situations since 2013 where the wrong part was sent of had a missing part but one call or E-Mail and it was resolved.
Spent weeks trying to get new sleep supplies. I used a cpap for 20+ years and this place is the worst!

How bad could this place be, I asked myself. That was three months ago, before I couldn't get a call back, before they sent the wrong supplies twice and charged me for the privilege. When I called to explain their mistake, I couldn't reach them for over a month. My physician referred me here, and I will never forgive them for subjecting me to this terrible practice.
