Several years of dealing with this place. Truly the worst customer service. Hard to believe they are still in business and that offices refer to them. Keep your expectations low when dealing with AHS.
This place is a mess. They’ve sat on my payment check for months, while sending me past due letters. I called and they put me on hold and came back several minutes later saying they found my payment, twice. Ordering supplies used to be a breeze on their website. Used to say which are currently eligible and when the others will be eligible. Now you can only blindly email them. Doesn’t seem like anybody is running this abomination of a medical outfit. Time to look around for other providers.
Advanced Health Services is my former dme provider because sent the wrong cushions and they don't respond to emails. They also don't have a phone for customer service. So my insurance paid for them, and I don't get the benefit for two months, because the correct one from last month broke week 1 after receiving and they again did not respond, so I bought one out of pocket. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone. Order was messed up. When you call, they say to send an email. Can’t get anyone to respond. Avoid at all costs
If I could give a ZERO I would. I was trying to order supplies and needed to know what I was entitled to. When you call, you can't speak to anyone and they don't accept voice messages. I left several messages on their website and nobody returns calls. This is a continuous problem. I am now having to go to a new sleep center/supplier to get my supplies. I don't know how they stay in business. Absolutely AWFUL.
