I have been a patient at the Orland Park office for 20 years now and never had an issue with anyone there. My only thing is that I wish they would still call when I need supplies. I did receive an email regarding ordering supplies but haven't received them yet.
The worst
This place has terrible customer service. I called three different times and left messages, trying to get someone to call me back so I could pay my husband’s bill. It’s been a month, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Completely unprofessional and extremely frustrating.
I've always considered this to be one of the most incompetent group of people I've ever dealt with (high price I owed, repeated calls to find out why I would ever owe that much money with the level of insurance I have, no answer for weeks, but their invoices were always on time in the mail!). Then on my last visit, the person who talked to me acknowledged how awful things had been, and said she was gonna find out what was going on with my case. Awful. I can't understand how they stay in business. Problems never came close to being fixed. No evidence that they ever even tried. They even messed up the information when I switched suppliers.
