I've always considered this to be one of the most incompetent group of people I've ever dealt with (high price I owed, repeated calls to find out why I would ever owe that much money with the level of insurance I have, no answer for weeks, but their invoices were always on time in the mail!). Awful. I can't understand how they stay in business. Problems never came close to being fixed. No evidence that they ever even tried. They even messed up the information when I switched suppliers.

I was a happy customer until this year. I've been trying to get them to send new CPAP supplies for 4 months. Their customer service is unresponsive.

The customer service here is great. At least Dwayne was great. I was confused why I had such a high bill and when I talked my sleep center bill department they Couldn’t give me a good explanation. I was able to talk to Dwayne and he explained everything very clearly and was able to help me get on a payment plan that was very fair. Give that man a raise

They send you a bill, but nobody is ever available to answer questions. I left a voice mail for a call back, but no return call ever came.
