Advanced Health is the WORST company that I have dealt with to get CPAP supplies. I have called and NO ONE calls you back, I have emailed like they want you too and still no replies. I have been shorted air cushions and filters since starting with them. I totally regret it at this point.
ZERO STARS should be an option. Multiple emails and multiple phone calls and voice messages have been made and left. I have never once been responded to with all of that contact. I have driven out to the office twice to communicate, since email and voicemails do not work. After my second visit, I did get a phone call from the practice manager. I will see now if any of this gets resolved. Definitely the worst customer care response that I have ever/never received from any doctor's office.
I have made multiple calls to reach them. I always get their voicemail stating that they are unavailable and that they will get back to me within 24 hours. I have yet to get a return phone call. I was happy with their service until recently, and was set up on autopay (they have my credit card). I recently started receiving bills from them showing past due payments, which should be impossible if I am on auto-pay unless there is an issue with my credit card (there isn't).
If 0 stars was a choice that's what this place would get. If you'd enjoy never getting supplies or a call back from the billing or supply dept. it might be your first choice but otherwise go someplace else. Most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with.
The people that fill your order are wonderful, HOWEVER, the billing dept. is AWFUL!!! They don't call you back, you don't get bills, if you go to the orland office, the billing dept is disrespectful and rude. I say NO to this place. Also, while there, other people were complaining about the billing office too. I would give it a minus star if i could.
