This is the first experience I've had with obtaining any kind of Durable Medical Equipment. I wanted to use a local business because it seems most people experience problems with the big companies (long wait times and lack of good customer service). I had the opposite experience with Advanced Health Services. Annette was wonderful and the only person I dealt with from start to finish.
