Having survived a A horrific car crash, I was very grateful to go to this facility. Their staff was more than amazing. They took care of me like I was family. They got me through some tough days and nights. They helped me recover in a safe and caring environment. I will be forever grateful. Thank you to their amazing staff . If I could give them more stars I would!!!
I was admitted for the adverse effects of pneumonia three weeks ago unable to stand or walk. Because of the physical and occupational therapy I was released and home yesterday, able to climb the stairs from my garage to my kitchen, shower and everything else I need to do for myself. They are amazing.
We had the very best care. Every member of the staff was amazing. If I could mention every member I would give them A plus rating. They all deserve a gold star. Dennis was great taking us to doctor appointments, checking on us every day. Paul the administrator did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. Skyler, Gwen, and Haun were great therapists. Absolutely no care for their work and then don’t prioritize care. They’re more worried about wearing radios and putting on fronts than taking care of their patients. Would not recommend.
The care that we received an advanced Healthcare was outstanding. It's hard to tell which employee stood out the most because they were all excellent everywhere from the housekeeping to the food that was excellent to the nurses and all those that took the vital signs showed love and care and concern for my wife. Those that did physical and occupational therapy were kind and patient. And their total goal was to make sure that she could return home and be safe.
