We were extremely pleased with the staff and cleanliness of Advanced Health Care. You can tell that the employees work well together and enjoy their jobs. They treated my Dad with respect and dignity. Dennis the driver was very pleasant to work with, and Sydndey was very professional. We LOVED our experience there .
Recently, I had a hip replacement and was referred to Advanced Health Care of Salem for rehabilitation. It was an amazing experience to work with their caring and professional staff. The therapists were outstanding. They tailored my therapy to my specific areas of need until the pain was eased and my mobility improved. This place is superb! I couldn't have asked for better service from the physical therapy, nursing staff, right down to the kitchen and cleaning services. They are a great bunch of people who really care about the residents, and follow through on their needs.
Perhaps one of the hardest decisions to make as a caregiver was choosing a rehab center after my mom fell and broke her hip. From the minute we met Dennis when he came to pick mom up from the hospital, I knew we had made the right choice. He was so kind and friendly and put our minds at ease, as did every single person we met once she arrived. The facility is clean, cheerful, and doesn't smell like a nursing home.
