Ben is amazing as the transport person. He is always on time and leaves his Phone number when dropping me at an appointment and returns promptly.
My mom was there a few months ago and it was amazing. The nurses were great, the kitchen staff were friendly, and the house keepers were on top of it. A few people stood out as amazing members of the team, Ben the cna, Pam the nurse, lalani the cna, they were always on top of everything, super friendly and made my mom and myself feel welcomed

A fellow patient called this place "the Broadmoor of Colorado Springs health care." After 45 days as a patient subsequent to foot surgery, I agree. Written with apologies to the Broadmoor, which has no known connection to this facility and is simply used as an example of the attention to detail we I observed and received.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, also the building was really well kept.
