I work at a retirement home so we are always working with Advanced. Between Sean, Jennifer, and heather i cant tell you how easily communication has been. The community is super clean and the colors are warm and comforting. They really have worked hard to make a rehab experience enjoyable and worth it. I am incredibly proud to partner with them and thankful for all they have done and will continue to do for our community.
The staff treated my grandfather so gentle and great. Always encouraging him to be and stay very independent
My wife was sent here after a stay. Kootenai medical center. This is by far the best care facility I have ever been in. The nurses were awesome, and the CNA's were even better. They would talk to my wife, even though she couldn't speak anymore, they would do her hair and just be compassionate towards her. The facility is the cleanest I have seen. While two CNA's were changing my wife and getting her dressed, one of them said to the other, if you got this I am going to get back in the hall so I don't miss a call light. You do... read more
