The front office staff is super polite but 2 specific ladies are not!!!! Somehow I fell through the crack of a call back for therapy so I call my referring Dr and they make contact I get in the next day. Just to be treated bad within 3mins and told we never not call patients but I guess and then to be treated like I’m faking and them talking to me in a condescending manner. They do the scoping for my throat for another doctor they're prompt and on time usually and technicians are personable and experienced.
