I went to Advanced Hand and Orthopedics for extensive physical therapy after having surgery for a severe injury. My primary physical therapist was great, even though I can't remember his name anymore. The other physical therapists there were also very helpful. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly too. I believe they said the office is wheelchair accessible, but only from the parking lot on the back side of the building, but I never parked there, so I'm not completely sure. Beware! The elderly woman, i think her name is Lori, is HORRIBLE! This was the closest I've ever come to walking out of a doctors office, in my life! I was referred from OPA, because I needed a hand splint made. The office rep Cristel called, and she was very nice - She told me they had a 12n appt available on 4/28. I didnt think I could make that, because I had another doctors appt. that day at 1:15p. She said If I arrived early by 11:45am, to do my insurances paperwork, then I should be done in 30-40min. I am so happy with my experience at Advanced Hand & Orthopedics. Brinn was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and provided me with additional resources to take home. She made me a custom brace and it has completely changed the way I use my hand and has allowed me to participate in activities that were previously too painful. I had a generic brace prior to this custom one and I am pleasantly surprised by how comfortable my new brace is and I like wearing it. After losing my three left fingers (index, middle and ring) after a personal accident, I’ve been more than pleased with the team at Advanced Hand and Orthopedics for my therapy recovery. From their front staff to my assigned OT, they are so welcoming and comforting with their assistance on healing and rebuilding my strength post event.

Beware of this place. The therapists are good but the billing practices in our experience were borderline criminal. Especially if this provider is not in your insurer's network, make sure to get the total cost for treatments UP FRONT and in writing. Record any relevant verbal conversations.
