Really ordinary business to deal with. I have rang for the ongoing treatment about 4 times. Get a call centre. They don't ring back. Last time I got told to ring later. Not seeing results. Not sure when they measure results. Have no consulting staff at the moment. No online booking process. I have to ask when next treatment. I have to ask for products. I would have thought they could look after platinum clients by diarising and keeping some communication as to the treatment going. Wouldn't recommend.
Product doesn't work. Fasley claim they'll refund you if you follow their advice and it doesn't work. Then trap you with 12 month subscription so you're stuck paying for something that doesn't do what they promise. They also lie about offering hair transplants if the product doesn't work for you. I also only received 6 months worth of the actual product. The team are a great bunch of people, always happy to see you, I have been very happy with the service, very professional.
I HAD spend around AUD 5000-6000 for laser hair treatment .but the money got wasted .no hair growth ..but lots of hair fall .The company is not good . they trap you by sweet talk .wasted almost a year with negative results .
