Salesman came across, eager to help. I asked him (Ayden) to not tell my partner any costings because of PTSD Issues! But to phone me and discuss options. The incompetent Salesman couldn't follow simple instructions. I had my partner in tears and ready to shave her own head and crying for hours. Not only that he tried to up sell her as well. I do not recommend these people in any way, strongly think about this company, they have no compassion and cant follow simple instructions. Think twice!!!!
Really ordinary business to deal with. I have rang for the ongoing treatment about 4 times. Get a call centre. They don't ring back. Last time I got told to ring later. Not seeing results. Not sure when they measure results. Have no consulting staff at the moment. No online booking process. I have to ask when next treatment. I have to ask for products. I would have thought they could look after platinum clients by diarising and keeping some communication as to the treatment going. Wouldn't recommend.
Product doesn't work. Fasley claim they'll refund you if you follow their advice and it doesn't work. Then trap you with 12 month subscription so you're stuck paying for something that doesn't do what they promise. They also lie about offering hair transplants if the product doesn't work for you. I also only received 6 months worth of the actual product. You get the same products from pilot or mosh at a fraction of the price and I don't recommend them either because they are also extremely over priced. Go to your doctor and ... read more
