BE AWARE!! I went to this clinic in 2025 for help with my hair loss. During the first visit, Aiden, who said he was the manager, checked my scalp and after about 30 minutes of discussion recommended a 9-month treatment plan. At that time I was really desperate to fix my hair loss, so I agreed and signed up. However, after signing the agreement, the experience started to feel very different. Salesman came across, eager to help. I asked him (Ayden) to not tell my partner any costings because of PTSD Issues! But to phone me and discuss options. The incompetent Salesman couldn't follow simple instructions. I had my partner in tears and ready to shave her own head and crying for hours. Not only that he tried to up sell her as well. I do not recommend these people in any way, strongly think about this company, they have no compassion and cant follow simple instructions. Think twice!!!!
