Salesman came across, eager to help. I asked him (Ayden) to not tell my partner any costings because of PTSD Issues! But to phone me and discuss options. The incompetent Salesman couldn't follow simple instructions. I had my partner in tears and ready to shave her own head and crying for hours. Not only that he tried to up sell her as well. I do not recommend these people in any way, strongly think about this company, they have no compassion and cant follow simple instructions. Think twice!!!!
Really ordinary business to deal with. I have rang for the ongoing treatment about 4 times. Get a call centre. They don't ring back. Last time I got told to ring later. Not seeing results. Not sure when they measure results. Have no consulting staff at the moment. No online booking process. I have to ask when next treatment. I have to ask for products. I would have thought they could look after platinum clients by diarising and keeping some communication as to the treatment going. Wouldn't recommend.
