Total scam. They don't do transplants they do wigs! They charge thousands for it then the up keep is ridiculous! 80$ each adjustment and product ontop of that you're paying $120 per visit twice a week! I give 0/5 to this business. I was initially booked in for a consultation at the South Melbourne studio and met this man named Mark who was clearly a salesman. He immediately shot down the reason for my visit which was to enquire about a hair transplant and told that the best option for me is to wear a wig. $20,000 and 3 years later I have been forced to move to the East Melbourne studio and here when I complained to the CEO about this salesman, I was threatened with legal action.
