I give 0/5 to this business. I was initially booked in for a consultation at the South Melbourne studio and met this man named Mark who was clearly a salesman. He immediately shot down the reason for my visit which was to enquire about a hair transplant and told that the best option for me is to wear a wig. $20,000 and 3 years later I have been forced to move to the East Melbourne studio and here when I complained to the CEO about this salesman, I was threatened with legal action. Matthew at the Melbourne clinic was fantastic to deal with. He only assisted me with the Theradome, but he was incredibly professional, considerate, and helpful throughout. He made the whole process easy and explained everything clearly. I’m really happy with the support I received and would definitely recommend both the Theradome and Matthew’s excellent service
