This post comes 24 hours after my operation and I’d like to preface that I never leave reviews. But I had a really great experience and wanted to thank the team, and to describe it for those considering this clinic. I was very impressed by this clinic from the beginning. I could clearly see they have excellent resources and equipment. I also had up to 8 people involved in my care, which is incredible. Staff is very kind and friendly. They have great customer service, they have been in contact with me ever since my surgery, calling me for follow up and reminders. Thanks to Stephanie, Steven, Samantha and Josh for the service.
The staff here made my experience very enjoyable and made it as smooth as possible. They were knowledgeable and guided me every step of the way. Vanessa, Evelyn, and Heidl answered every question I had during the procedure and catered to whatever I needed to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. An absolutely phenomenal experience. Some of the kindest and most accomodating staff imaginable. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and above all- relatable. Everyone on the team, from reception to surgeon was incredible and made me feel like a friend. The procedure itself couldn't have gone smoother. You can immediately tell this team has worked together for a long time. Everyone was in sync, confident, and efficient, which made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free.
