Very disappointed with the service at Advanced Gynecology & Surgery. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30, but it’s already been an hour and a half, and I’m still waiting. This kind of treatment toward patients is unacceptable! It feels like all they do here is charge insurance companies, take blood pressure, and make people wait for hours. Everyone has things to do and a schedule to keep, and this level of disrespect for patients’ time is outrageous. If you value your time, I’d recommend looking for another clinic.

I believe this is the best practice in Brooklyn! Dr. Faina is very professional and delicate. I had a great experience with her. She was very knowledgeable and truly cared about my health. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I appreciate her patience and attention to detail. I also want to thank her assistant—she is very kind and amazing! Highly recommend!
Dr. Axelrod was very understanding & explained everything necessary for me to understand. She is very good.
