Dr. Thaxton is very attentive and listens to me. I didn't feel rushed at the appt. I was there to have followup BHRT pellets placed but also had a separate problem at the time and he took time for both! He also provides other services with one of them being a weight loss program. I have never been pressured about that or other services there. I highly recommend Dr. Thaxton! His staff are all friendly as well!
I went to Dr. Thaxton because I have irregular periods as well as some other period related issues and wanted to further investigate. I was asked on the new patient paperwork if I am happy with my weight and if I want info about weight loss. I said I was happy with where I am and do not want further info. Well instead of listening Dr. Thaxton not only told me I weigh too much, but he told me I need to get in better shape before getting pregnant and asked me what I weighed in high school.
