I wasn’t able to make an appointment. But I’m giving them just one star because of the experience I just had on the phone. The woman who talked to me wasn’t helpful at all and rude when I couldn’t fully understand what she was explaining. English is not my first language and I felt that she didn’t have patience for me to try to understand what she was saying and was a bit rude and hang up quickly.
