Andrew was absolutely amazing! He walked through my place with patience and gave background information why my energy consumption was higher. He did not give general/quick research data points. I had a home energy audit and the all recommended efficiency improvements were performed. The engineers and crew were amazing, professional and respectful. In energy usage, I went from good to great and my energy use was 47% lower than efficient homes, which my last 2 energy bills reflect. To clarify, many factors go into evaluating my particular bill; BGE stated my energy usage was 47% lower than other efficient homes.
