I received a free assessment of my electric usage. Pepco referred this company because the spike in my usage, the tech was professional, polite, informative, impatient he explained everything to me. May suggestions for solutions so I’m Please and I would rate them. Excellent customer service.

Jason Evans visited our residence and asked if we were in need of some energy saving products that PEPCO was offering to anyone that wanted them. Mr Evans was very polite and informative about his business of the products he could hand out. He explained the program that PEPCO was offering and how often to expect to see someone or we could call PEPCO about anything to assist with home energy savings.
Worst company ever!! Was supposed to have gotten a tune up ended up with a compressor issue will NEVER be getting my money again!!!! Wire completely fried!!! Save your money
