Paid a deposit for a store front sign in November of 2024. It is now July. I have no sign. The last emails I’ve sent have not been answered. Being a small business owner, I can’t afford to lose the $3700 I put down. Very disappointed.
Would give 0 stars if Google allowed. Chuck was awesome! However, the new company is horrible. We never had issues with this company prior to being sold. I spoke to someone in November 2024 about signs, they took my samples and I never heard back. I have been calling and emailing for 5 MONTHS NOW and can't even get a return call. I spoke to a couple other local businesses and they have received the same service. So at this point I would recommend ANY other company than this one.
We will say that we are very happy with the printing job of our logo & menu, as well as the placement on our food truck. Professionals, good prices and quality. Recommended
