I needed new tires and brakes. I only needed to replace my rear brakes and the front brakes were okay, but they checked them and lubed them free of charge! I came in on 05/02/15 at 3:20 pm for the Amazon Local $19.99 oil change deal. The sales rep told me to hold on a sec. He went back to talk to the manager. He came back and told me that the manager told him to tell me that they didn't have time to do it because they closed at 5pm and that they don't get paid overtime to work past 5pm (mind you it was 3:20 pm). I was sent away! Worst service ever! If Facebook allowed me to give zero stars, I WOULD!
