Horrible customer service Tim quoted and said could do the job and showed up and said don't do storefront ! Horrible customer service and don't use them !
I have read the negative post here and I think these are other auto glass companies posting these negative reviews. I have known Tim for over 40 years and he is top notch quality and service. If his company did anything that was unsatisfactory, he would gladly make it right. I am taking my Truck to him this week to get my windshield replaced because I would not trust another auto glass company to do my work.
Avoid this service at all costs! The staff is completely unprofessional. The first time, they broke the wiper arms on my truck because they didn’t know how to remove them properly. The second time, they promised to carefully remove and reinstall the windshield on my car — instead, they broke it and charged me three times more for a replacement. On top of that, their prices for Chinese-made glass are at least 50% higher than market rates. Bottom line: unnecessary expenses, damaged parts, and zero accountability. I strongly ad... read more
I had a chip on my glass that I needed taken care of quickly before heading out of town. Advanced glass got me in immediately, and fixed it at a fair price. Everyone was friendly and wanted to help!
