I cannot say enough good things about this jeweler. I had my ring and setting redone (I already had the setting, I just needed my diamond to move from my old setting to my new one), and because I am very particular, I ended up sending it back a few times to get everything exactly right. Over the years I have had multiple experiences with this store ranging from purchases, repair and adapting vintage jewelry. Honest people, no pressure ever to upgrade service or purchase. Decent, decent competent jewelers who will give advice with most friendly service.

The lady was nice but when I get her I was hoping she was going to charge me $10 to change my watch battery like the prior reviews but she charged me $15..what up with that? I was discouraged. I wanted to change several watches but still no deal. The place was so small and homey feeling..next time I make the effort and change it myself. Its wasn’t worth coming all the way here plus wasting my gas in all these Summer heat.

Jennifer and Peter are awesome! My husband and I have been coming here for a few years to have rings sized and to have other jewelry repaired. They even fixed a spring on a 30 year old Swiss watch I had previously been told was unfixable. My husband has also bought me a couple of gorgeous rings from them. They are highly personable and Jen is one of the friendliest and warm people you’ll ever meet.

So blown away by not only the professionalism, but the communication and the quality of work from Advanced Gems. We found them through Google reviews. We wanted a jeweler that did the work in house without mailing my wedding ring out. The price was beyond reasonable, it was done in under a week and my ring looks better than it did brand new.
