Let me start by saying the surgical prep team was amazing and made me very comfortable before and after my procedure. My issue is the telehealth call I just received from your office regarding the results of my colonoscopy. Never was I informed by any staff member, including the one who confirmed my appointment this morning, that I was required to pay my co-pay prior to the technician releasing my results.
