I absolutely love the staff and their efficiency. Lourdes is so kind and my favorite. Dr. Katukuri is polite and knowledgeable. Happy I was referred here.
This group of ladies on the office are one of the most friendly and fun. They also try to help the patients to the full extent.
They called me to say if I could come in earlier ,nurse practitioner going to have a meeting . I told them that I couldn’t. I left work early to see doctor. Arrived 12:34 pm.it’s after 1:10 pm now. I ask receptionist that sits on the right side in the corner. What happened? She said in a nasty manner . “It’s after 1:10 pm that’s what’s happening . They are going to get you now . If I could leave a zero star I would! Manager Lourdes has no people skills nor professional experience. 2 days before my procedure I had to find out by the facility where it was scheduled told me a mistake was made by this office and that Lourdes was going to call me. Well no call I called left messages to no avail. Waited 3 months for this appointment now have to start all over again!
