Great practice! Very efficient! Dr. Katukuri explained things and took his time with my family. Staff was on top of everything from consult, scheduling exams, to follow up care visits. Our experience was excellent using this practice. Thank you so much!
am very disappointed with the lack of follow-up, communication, and compassion toward patients. I have been waiting since April 17 for a medication approval, and today is May 29 — I still do not have a clear answer or resolution. The whole office is totally unprofessional!!! I've taken a test to solve my stomach issues and for some unknown reason they refuse to give me the results. I've gotten conflicting replies from them and now I have a continuing stomach pain. With no help. Use them at your own risk!!!!
This facility is niche with capabilities at first less conceived. Please refer to your primary care physician and total healthcare practioner first.
I had an endoscopy for reflux. It went well, the staff is nice and the PA, who I saw at follow-up was very nice. They gave me samples of a medication to try; a medication that you have to get through them. To get it through a pharmacy costs hundreds of dollars in co-pay. I didn't work for me, so I called and asked to try another medication. Instead of prescribing an alternative, they sent a prescription for an OTC medication.
