Upon waiting for 8 mos out for new insurance to cover my painful matter, I found Advanced GI to be fantastic. Staff guided me through everything I needed to move forward with a bigger procedure with them after my first consultation. Staff and doctor always asked for concerns and questions being a new face & put me at ease every step of the way. Thanks!
Terrible. I scheduled colonoscopy. They made me come in beforehand for 5 minutes to listen to the very standard instructions and billed me $300 for the appointment that insurance doesn't cover.
Bianca NP has been such a blessing in a very scary time for me. She was one of the only providers that was consistent with me, answered my questions and kept me as calm as I could be. She knew the right tests to order, she knew the results before it even happened because she is so knowledgeable and caring. I truly couldn’t have gotten through these past 2 weeks without her reassurance and guidance. Thank you so much for everything you do.
