Have been a patient of theirs for many years. Doctors and PAs are great once you are in, but try and call to speak to someone (even when they tell you to call with updates), and it is impossible to get through. I have left two messages for the clinical staff and two for the office manager over the course of two weeks, and no one calls you back and you never talk to a human to leave a message. The entire staff from receptionists, to the nurses and doctors are top notch and always very accommodating. I was in the ER last night with severe gastrointestinal symptoms. They ran tests and Dr. Garison came to the hospital after a full day of appointments to see me and review my results with me. I am a veterinarian and can say that this doctors office treats there patients like I treat mine. They are amazing people and a true asset to the medical profession. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Upon waiting for 8 mos out for new insurance to cover my painful matter, I found Advanced GI to be fantastic. Staff guided me through everything I needed to move forward with a bigger procedure with them after my first consultation. Staff and doctor always asked for concerns and questions being a new face & put me at ease every step of the way. Thanks!
Terrible. I scheduled colonoscopy. They made me come in beforehand for 5 minutes to listen to the very standard instructions and billed me $300 for the appointment that insurance doesn't cover.
Bianca NP has been such a blessing in a very scary time for me. She was one of the only providers that was consistent with me, answered my questions and kept me as calm as I could be. She knew the right tests to order, she knew the results before it even happened because she is so knowledgeable and caring. I truly couldn’t have gotten through these past 2 weeks without her reassurance and guidance. Thank you so much for everything you do.
