Haven’t been to the doctor in 10 years and this one made me never want to have to go to another . The office staff was so nice and pleasant while Dr Patel had the worst mannerisms, sarcastic, interrupted every sentence, and took zero time to understand the case in front of him . He also thought it was appropriate to make fun of the physician who recommended me to them . Immediately walked out. This is a man who has zero respect for the opportunities America has brought to him
These are the best Gastro doctors I’ve ever had, I've lived in five states and I’ve been having endoscopies and colonoscopies for 50 years. This is the best. No long waiting times either. Marla is great too, always informative and friendly.
They have been great with the tests and my first office visit, however to get anyone one the telephone you are looking at a wait time of over 25 minutes. I had a question prior to my appointment and called them as I was leaving my home. I arrived 20 minutes later and sat in their parking lot for 5 minutes and still no one picked up. The you g lady asked if she could put me on hold and there I remained for 25 minutes until I hung up and went I to the office. They really need to hire an extra person to help out with phones.
After months of stomach pain and weight loss due to IBS, I'm on my way to better health. Thanks to Corey Henderson, who actually listened to my complaints and gave me some sound medical advice. I'm putting on weight and eating better then I have in years and I owe it to Corey, Andrew and the entire staff. Thank you!
