Got established to get my screeneing colonoscopy. Refused to see me until I payed them upfront (which I kind of understand) but miscoded my procedure. Called them 3 times to get the issue resolved. The first 2 times they said they agreed with me and said they fixed it, but didn’t actually do anything. They haven’t returned the 3 call yet and now I’m in collections for $500 when I shouldn’t owe anything.

Still waiting on Lab results from October, it's now December. My primary care physician even sent notice for someone to contact me. Here we are 2 weeks later, been given the run around since this started. Seeking a new doctor and looking into who exactly is over this place because it obviously shouldn't be in business.

I’ve had stomach issues pretty much since adolescence, gallbladder erupted when I was 13 and ever since then I’ve been down on my luck with my gut. I’m 20 now and in the past year, my stomach problems just continue to spiral. Paying $30 for a less than 2 minute consultation just for them to tell me to “eat better” and order standard lab procedures is pretty much all you can expect. No personal connection, you’re just there because everyone else in your health organization is sent here.
