My mother went to Dr. Onea for a colonoscopy and polyp removal and 36 hours later was in the ICU after losing near fatal amounts of blood. Please also refer to healthgrades.com for more reviews (2.8 out of 5).
Started out great! They did make me wait awhile even tho not busy. 45 Mins(They have a great sign that says if we make you wait more than 30 let us know, haha how funny) The dr started out strong but left before i had finished my questions. she told me to scan a QR code then went away. never came back. i waited 30 mins in room for no reason? i left with more questions than answers. i call back in to make formal complaint and the front desk person hangs up on me and refused to answer. changed to work phone they answered and s... read more
They never accomodate for sick patients. If you are sick, they want you to scheduled an appointment for a month or spent thousands going to the emergency room.
These people clearly don't care about sick people. Making someone wait 3 months just to have a starting appointment is ridiculous and shows that these people are either too lazy or too stupid to do their job effectively but regardless they should feel deeply ashamed at their utter incompetence.
